Terry Oscarson accepts cheque from KSCU's Judy Morrison

Terry Oscarson of Kimberley & District Community Foundation received a cheque on December 10, 2010 for $6,600 from Judy Morrison on behalf of the Kootenay Savings Credit Union. The money has been given in response to the economic downturn and its impact on investment returns and will be used to augment the Community Foundation granting programs in 2011.

KSCU has been an active supporter of the Kimberley & District Community Foundation, and in 2009 established a large permanent fund in the Foundation that will annually benefit the community.
